Return Policy

Online purchases returned policy :
1.   Products to be returned must be purchased from Regius Primoris Online Store only.

Products must be returned intact, re-packaged/re-packed in it’s original package/pack together with the receipt/shipping documents, within 14 calendar days of receipt, stating clearly the reason(s) for return.

Take a few photographs of the products to be returned, attach the receipt/documents and e-mail to :  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Products that are already opened, re-sealed, tampered with, partially used, mishandled/abused after receipt, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for re-sale, use or consumption cannot be returned.

Products purchased from or through other retailers/distributors can only be returned in accordance with the respective returned/refund policy.

You may contact a schedule pick up with the Carrier/courier or drop off the package at any of the Carrier’s/courier’s locations. Your may also physically deliver the products to an authorised Regius Primoris Outlet or a Regius Primoris Retail Store (RPRS).

Refund:
6. Refund will be processed immediately upon receipt and verification of the returned products. Refunds will normally take not more than 30 calendar days, depending on your original payment method.
   
Exchange of Products :
7. If you purchased your products from Regius Primoris in Malaysia, you can take it to any RPRS in Malaysia for a product exchange. Products exchanges are also subject to in-store product availability. Please contact our RPRS first to check for in-stock availability of products.
8. Products ordered from our Regius Primoris Online Store that were damaged or incorrect upon receipt/arrival, please immediately contact our Customer Service at Toll free : 1-300 838 300.
